General Information for all Tournaments
Extremely important! Please read carefully!
Sign-up sheets are located in the Maple Creek Golf Shop. You may sign-up in person, via telephone (Call us at 317-894-3837) or VIA EMAIL , two weeks prior to all scheduled tournaments (with the exception of the Invitational Packet, which will be mailed to each member).
Entry deadline for each event, unless otherwise specified, is noon the day before the event. If you ask to be signed up for an event after the noon deadline, you will be on an alternate status only. The Golf Shop staff will do their best to accommodate all members.
Saturday, May 1st
Spring Best Ball & 500 qualifying
Format: AABB - CCDD Pro Shop blind draw for teams. 2 flights, the first flight consists of two A players and two B players. The second flight will consist of two C players and two D players. The 2 best net balls per foursome will be counted as the team total.
Start Time: 9:00 shotgun

Presidents Cup
Format: Single elimination match play with handicap. Played off low handicap.
Start Time: Tee Times begin at 10:00

Format: ABCD Blind Draw for teams.

1pt for Bogey; 2 pts par; 3pts Birdie; 4pts Eagle; 5pts Dbl Eagle

Ladies Over / Under 58 Pinehurst
Format: Pick your partner, one player under age 58 one over. Pinehurst format, both players drive: player 1 hits player 2's ball and vise versa, select the best shot and alternate until the ball is holed.

MCG&CC Club Championship
Format: Match Play within flights, No Handicap
8 Players per Flight
Championship Flight is comprised of 2009 Champion and the 7 low, current revision handicaps. Pairings and Tee Times assigned by Golf Shop. All other flights will be flighted by handicap.

Saturday August 28th
"Louie Open" Par 3 Shoot-Out
Format: Golf Shop will blind draw teams, based on ABC"W" format.
Each hole will play as a par 3.
3 Net Best Balls of 4
Start Time: 8:30 Shotgun Start
Special Note: Lunch buffet available following play
Saturday September 18th
ABCD / Steeplechase Championship
Format: ABCD Pro Shop Blind draw for teams. 3 Best Balls of 4(Net), each hole. Each player will play their own ball the entire 18 holes. The 3 Low Gross Scores, the 6 Low Net Scores, plus the 2009 Steeplechase champion will compete for the 2010 title.
Start Time: 8:30 Shotgun. Pari-mutual and Steeplechase follow ABCD.
The entry fees for all ladies events are $15.00.
Ladies' 2010 President's Cup
The President's Cup Championship will be contested on an individual basis. Single elimination match play with handicap will open to the first 16 registered participants.
